The Leagues of Women Voters of the Salinas Valley and the Monterey Peninsula have prepared a matrix describing the key areas of differences between the Community General Plan and GPU4. Based on the comparison of the two plans prepared by the Leagues for the campaign, we believe the matrix identifies the major discussion areas that should be addressed in the update process.
